1. Air Conditioner or Heat Pump ($99 per system)
a. Clean and inspect indoor and outdoor coils
b. Clean and inspect condensate lines
c. Test electrical components
d. Change air filer (if provided)
e. Check refrigerant levels
f. Check system operation

2. Natural Gas or Propane heater ($99 per system)
a. Clean and inspect heat exchanger
b. Check safety controls
c. Check electrical components
d. Check gas pressure
e. Inspect burner tubes and orifices
f. Change air filter (if provided)
g. Check operation

3. Oil Heater ($175)
a. Clean and inspect heat exchanger
b. Clean and inspect base of chimney
c. Replace nozzle, oil filter and pump strainer
d. Check safety controls
e. Test operations of burner
f. Perform combustion test
